On March 5, 2014, the regular event of the University of Success took place, the theme of which was "Convince the world around you."

Participants of the "University of Success" program had the opportunity to hear from two well-known people - film director and marketing specialist Renāti Cāni , who has been working in marketing for 20 years, and social media expert and head of Inspired Digital Artūrs Mednis.

In her lecture "The Art of Persuasion in Marketing", Renāte Cāne introduced young people to the necessary qualities of a marketing specialist: creativity, the ability to think outside the box, and daring. She also provided information on the areas in which a marketing specialist must be competent: social psychology, finance and accounting, customs of different races and nationalities, as well as various other areas.

Artūrs Mednis chose a very relevant topic for young people "Social networks - what they give you and what they demand" . He reminded young people that they are already creating their social image. Every post on social media does not go unnoticed. Everything is recorded, written into history. We must be careful about what information we post and what image we create about ourselves, because our future employer or cooperation partner may be watching us. When you have already gathered some life experience and have gained status, respect and authority, then you can afford to do various funny things and dare to be different. "A message on Twitter is like a message in space" .

After attending lectures at Panākumu University, young people had the opportunity to participate in creative workshops at the University "Turība" , organized by various faculties: Jurisprudence, Tourism, Public Relations, and Entrepreneurship.
